Primac Inventory is integral to the Production Job. The Hand Held PC makes
inventory a breeze, resulting in fewer unposted transactions, since barcodes
are validated as you process the transactions. Quantities automatically populate
in a transfer transaction, reducing errors and saving time. And since each
transaction is sent individually to host Primac inventory, you'll never need to
worry about losing a whole batch of activity.

Edit and Posting functions are controlled by flags
which can be set to allow transactions to automatically post without
printing of edit listings for receipts and transfers, giving those
transactions real-time updates. Or transactions can accumulate in Primac
Daily files for edit and posting.

In Rev 14 Inventory all products can be barcode
tracked, making a hand held device applicable to more transactions.
The user can complete a partially received Purchase Order detail Line
by cancelling the open quantity during the receipt process.

Receive Stock - Receive stock from a
purchase order.

Transfer Stock - Transfer stock from one location to
another in the same division.

Adjust Stock - Increase or decrease the quantity of a
barcode tracked product on hand in a location.

Transfer Out - Send stock to another warehouse for an
interdivisional transfer.

Transfer In - Receive stock from another warehouse for
an interdivisional transfer.

Location Transfer - Move all the stock in one location
to another location in one transaction.

Bay Locator - Display all locations for a specific product
in the warehouse, used for consolidating bar coded product locations during put-away.
