Production Scheduling DX System (PSS-DX)
We have completely rewritten our industry leading Primac21 Scheduling Software. Production Scheduling DX builds upon more than a decade of success with the Production Scheduling module.
PSS-DX includes a number of complex new functions that will allow schedulers and capacity planners to manager their daily workload.
Production Scheduling DX Features
- Builds upon the feature set of the standard Production Scheduling Module
- Easily move jobs with dependencies
- Provides a "job board" type view in addition to the gant view
- Easily move a set of jobs from one work center to another
- Based on an open service oriented architecture that can be integrated with most enterprise systems
- Create jobs using templates or download them from PRIMAC based on the estimate
- Support for large screen monitors that can facilitate daily production meetings for the plant
- Multi-monitor support
- Pre-configured to operate as a front end portal for processing WorkflowBP BPM Scheduling Activities; the scheduler operates focusing only on scheduling functions and the workflow is managed by WorkflowBP
Currently under development PSS-DX will be available to our customers starting in the second quarter of 2012.
